		<description>You&#039;re so right about rural drivers!  I once had to leap off a bicycle as it went under some dude&#039;s passenger wheel, and he didn&#039;t even stop.

In LA, it&#039;s about the same as NYC.  In the areas you find yourself biking most often, the cops are bored enough to nail you for running a red.  You gotta be extra careful about that.</description>

I got it at NYC Velo on 2nd avenue, but there&#039;s no label on it so I&#039;m not sure who makes it or what it might be called.</description>
